Position Purpose
As a Product Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our projects and outcomes by overseeing their planning, execution, and delivery. You will work with cross-functional Agile teams, Product Owners, as well as stakeholders and senior management, to ensure project objectives are met while adhering to Agile principles. Your exceptional project management skills, communication abilities, and positive mindset will enable you to effectively lead teams and deliver high-quality outcomes.
The Product Delivery Manager serves as a facilitator for the Tribe, ensuring smooth operations and effective resource management.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Organizes cross-functional activities to ensure project completion and product delivery on schedule with expected quality.
- Management: Oversees all activities related to the implementation and delivery of new products and enhancements.
- Coordination: Works with engineering teams to implement new features and manage the end-to-end process of analyze/build/test/release.
- Facilitation: Serve the Product Manager and Business Team by contributing to and facilitating demand management processes.
- Support: Assist the development team by removing internal and external blockers.
- Resource Management: Help the Tribe manage its resources effectively in relation to its demand.
- Project Planning: Collect project milestones from discovery to delivery to draft a high-level project plan using a hybrid approach.
- Alignment: Coordinate with other tribes to identify release dependencies and mitigate risks of failure.
- Scrum Ceremonies: Run and facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, refinement, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Blocker Removal: Assist and escalate in removing any blockers for the Tribe.
- Prioritization: Actively contribute to prioritization, especially using the Low-Hanging-Fruit prioritization matrix.
- Risk Management: Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Mitigate potential roadblocks and facilitate problem-solving to keep projects on track.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish and maintain product metrics, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure transparency and visibility into project status, risks, and accomplishments through effective reporting mechanisms.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive tribe reports, including status updates, milestones achieved, and key metrics. Maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring accessibility for future reference.

- Project Completion Rate: The percentage of projects completed on time and within budget.
- Quality of Deliverables: Assessment of the quality and adherence to specifications of the delivered products.

Experience, Functional Skills and Knowledge Areas
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in an Agile environment. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Prior experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban)) is highly desirable.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to deliver software projects using Agile methodologies. Excellent project planning, resource management, and coordination abilities.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Active listening skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
