Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, (Monday to Friday)
Job Summary
The role holder is responsible for the POS machine configuration, QR stand production, ensure the payment is error free and provide comprehensive in-person training based on the applied product (QR,POS,QR on POS and MM Pay).
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Manage new POS machine and master key paring in secure room.
- Troubleshooting the issue/error of POS and QR.
- POS terminal preparation and transaction testing.
- QR stand production and transaction testing.
- Package the stand and POSM material for logistics.
- Provide in-person and online training after getting the appointment.
- Manage the outsourced POS installation vendors.
- Coordinate with Telcos for the SIM issue and billing.
- Coordinate with QR Stand production and logistics vendors.
- Support new merchant onboarding in the Onboarding system if required.
- Working with internal and external cross-function teams.
Experience, Functional Skills and Knowledge Areas
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the merchant business field and financial services industry
- Knowledge in the merchant business field, payment industry and customer service
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (especially Microsoft Excel)
- Adapts easily to new environment and can work with a variety of people
- Excellent team worker, collaborating effectively across divisions Organized, with good attention to detail and ability to effectively prioritize tasks
