Quick Help for Common Questions

First, check your transaction history by tapping ‘History’ on the main page of the Wave App. If the transaction shows as successful and the amount has been deducted from your account but not transferred to the recipient, please contact Wave’s 24/7 call center at 900 for Atom users or 09 79000 9000 for non-Atom users. Calls are free for Atom users. Alternatively, you can reach out to Wave Money via its official Facebook Messenger with the blue checkmark.

 

To update your personal information, visit the nearest Wave agent or Wave Care Center. Alternatively, you can also contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

If you suspect unauthorized transactions or fraud on your Wave account, call our 24/7 customer service center promptly at 900 for Atom users or 09 79000 9000 for non-Atom users. Alternatively, you can also visit the nearest Wave Care Center during operating hours for further assistance.

 

To view your transaction history, go to the “History” section in the Wave App. You can use the filter options to sort transactions by type, date, or amount for easier tracking.

 

To change your Wave account’s 4-digit PIN,

1. Open the Wave app and tap your profile picture at the top left, under the Wave logo.

2. Select “Change PIN”

3. Enter your current 4-digit PIN

4. Input your new 4-digit PIN

5. On the review page, tap “Confirm” to verify the new PIN

6. Your new PIN is now successfully upated.
Noe: If you enter your previous PIN incorrectly, the PIN change process will fail.
