How to link your Wave Merchant App to your personal Wave Wallet for seamless transactions and greater flexibility.
Press ‘My Wave Pay’ on the home page of your Wave account.
Enter your mobile number registered with Wave. If your phone number matches the one registered with your Wave Merchant Account, a box to enter your PIN will appear.
Enter your Merchant Account PIN.
If your PIN is correct, you will receive a 6-digit OTP via SMS.
Your Wave Merchant Account and Wave Account are now successfully linked.
Press My Wave Pay on the home page of your Wave account, then select Unlink Wave Pay.
Press Confirm to cancel the account linkage.
Enter your PIN and confirm.
The account linkage is successfully canceled if you see the message "Successful" on the screen.
