Sending Money With Wave to Your Loved Ones Is Very Easy and Convenient

Transfer Money From Wave Account to the recipient who does not have a Wave account : To transfer money, you need to know the recipient’s mobile number, name and NRC number. After the money is transferred, the recipient can cash out free at the nearest Wave Money shop by showing their NRC, SMS with Transaction ID and Secret Code.

Launch WavePay app and select “Send Money”

Choose the mobile number from the “Contact” or type the number which you would like to transfer the money, then tap “Continue” after verifying that your input number is correct or not.”

Type the amount you would like to transfer and tap “Continue”.

Type the recipient’s name, NRC number, and set a 6-digit secret code of your choice, then tap “Continue”. Check to ensure that you have inserted the correct amount and information.

A review page of the transaction will appear and tap “Continue”.

Type the 4-digit PIN of your WavePay account.

Your transaction is completed. The SMS with the Transaction ID will be sent to the sender and the receiver. Share the 6-digit secret code to the recipient of money.

You can track the transactions at “History” on the main page of WavePay app. Please ensure the 6-digit secret code is secure and only provide this number to the correct recipient of money. It is also important that you input the correct phone number.
