Campaign Overview
The Wave Staff Referral Program is a company-wide initiative to drive new user onboarding and expand Wave’s impact across Myanmar. All eligible staff members are encouraged to refer and onboard new Level 2 Verified Users to receive incentives and recognition.
This campaign runs from 1st July to 30th September 2025.
Who Can Participate?
The following Wave Money teams are eligible and required to participate:
- Head Office Staff
- OTC Field Teams including Regional Heads (RH), State Heads (SH), Area Sales Managers (ASM), Territory Sales Managers (TSM), and Customer Sales Executives (CSE)
- Wave Help Desk
- Wave Call Centers (WCC) at:
- MM Plaza
- Yuzana
- Shwe Pyi Thar
- Star City
- Bogalay

Incentives & Rewards
- Staff Incentive: 1,000 MMK per successfully onboarded Level 2 Verified User.
- Customer Incentive: Each new user receives 1,000 MMK via Send Money instantly.
- Top Performers: The Top 10 best performing staff members each month will receive additional e-money rewards.
1st – 1,000,000 MMK
2nd – 500,000 MMK
3rd – 300,000 MMK
4 to 10 – 100,000 MMK
How It Works
- Onboard a new customer and complete their Level 2 Verification.
- Provide the 1,000 MMK incentive to the customer via Send Money immediately.
- Wave will reimburse both the customer incentive and staff incentive within T+1 days of verification.
Terms & Conditions
- Only new users who are onboarded and verified as Level 2 Users during the campaign period are eligible.
- Staff must use approved onboarding procedures and tools provided by Wave Money.
- All incentives are subject to verification by the Wave A&G team.
- Staff who fail to meet the monthly targets may be subject to performance reviews.
- Misuse, fraud, or failure to follow program procedures will result in disqualification .
- Incentives and rewards are non-transferable and subject to tax compliance, if applicable.
- Wave Money reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time with prior notice.
