Job Location: The Campus, Pun Hlaing Estate, Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, (Monday to Friday)
Position Purpose
- Wave Money is a mobile money financial services organization in Myanmar, headquartered in Yangon.
- IT Compliance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring compliance with technology regulatory requirements as well as internal IT policies and procedures.
- This role focuses on monitoring, testing, reviewing, and reporting Wave Money’s Technology Compliance related matters.
Key Result Areas
- Support Internal/External IT audits and maintain issue management
- Support and Assist in Technology Compliance program of the organization, tracking the progress and coordination between stakeholders and counterparts.
- Test, Monitor, Review and Report Wave Money’s Technology Compliance matters (Internal IT policies & procedures, applicable Technology regulatory requirement)
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Collaboratively support and assist on all internal and external audit activities where IT inquiry is required
- Coordinate in gathering and validation of audit and compliance artifacts from related teams
- Test, monitor, review and report activities across Technology Department to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable Technology regulatory requirements on an ongoing basis.
- Keep up with the updates in industrial and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to successful delivery of Technology Compliance programs
- Contribute to team by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Support in Capitalization process of DMM Technology
- Provide ad-hoc Technology compliance reporting and analysis

Job Requirements
- Experiences:
- 2 years’ experience as an IT Compliance Analyst, IT Audit or similar role
- Education and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and/or relevant audit/compliance certifications.
- Functional skills and knowledge areas:
- Knowledge of policies and procedures related to ISO/IEC 27001/2013, ISF Good Practice for Information Security 2018/2020, GDPR and PCI
- Demonstrated footprint of working with internal and external auditors, regulators and consultants
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate compliance related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff
- Relevant IT Audit and Compliance experience in a Financial Institution
