You need to visit the nearest Wave Money shop and provide either your mobile number or “My QR” on the main page of Wave application to the agent. When you receive a notification to confirm the cash-out, input your 4-digit WavePay PIN to complete cashing out. Make sure you’re connected to your mobile data for the cash out to be processed properly. Based on the cash out amount, the transaction fee will be deducted from your Wave account.
If you are a Yoma Bank Flexi Everyday account holder, you can also cash out from your own Wave account at ATMs. Please note that your Wave account must be linked to your Yoma Bank Flexi Everyday account to use this feature. First, you need to transfer the amount from your own Wave account to Yoma Bank Flexi Everyday account. Once you’ve done transferring the amount to Yoma Bank Flexi Everyday account, you can simply withdraw money at the nearest Yoma Bank’s ATM or other banks’ ATMs.
