Job Location: The Campus, Pun Hlaing Estate, Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, (Monday to Friday)
Position Purpose
Maintain existing web applications written in PHP, JavaScript, design and develop new ones while working together with Product Owners, following requirement specification documents closely and working under agile principles.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Collaborate with developers to design and develop elegant, proficient web applications: define, design, and ship new features.
- Work together with Solution Architects in API specifications, architecture, and integrations
- Perform successful deployment, product enhancement and go-live activities (this will involve regular participation in non-business hours operation)
- Participate as a member of the technology team in IT governance processes and solution delivery.
- Ensure web app platform runs smoothly with zero outage.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Code review to improve software quality.
- Facilitate communication between teams to ensure the success of your team.
- Foster learning on your team through continuous improvement trainings
- Suggest new processes and document reoccurring processes that will help streamline software development.
- Drive to keep projects on track.
- Keep Architects & team members well informed during the project life cycle.
- Collaborate candidates interviews to build ones Wed Development Team
Key Performance & Success Indicator
- Meets the milestones with a project manager/product owner with the expected quality of delivery.
- Improves internal processes making them more productive (build time, automated deployment, and automated testing).
- Generate KPIs for development by generating reports from JIRA
Job Requirements
Experience, Functional Skills and Knowledge Areas
- 5+ years of development Experience with advanced proficiency in web development technologies including Java, Springboot, PHP, JavaScript, Node.js, Strapi, React, Vue.js, and Laravel, with a strong focus on building and maintaining robust web applications.
- Significant experience with Docker for containerization, coupled with practical knowledge of Kubernetes for orchestration and deployment in complex environments.
- Solid background in working with Microservices architecture, preferably with Java, demonstrating an understanding of its design principles and implementation strategies.
- Expertise in API development and integration, showcasing skills in creating efficient, scalable, and secure APIs for diverse applications.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), with experience in implementing Agile methodologies to optimize project delivery and team performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adept in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Proficiency in code quality assurance, including code review, debugging, and implementing automated testing frameworks to maintain high standards in software development.
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in Computer Science or Technology is preferable
