Job Location: The Campus, Pun Hlaing Estate, Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, (Monday to Friday)
Position Purpose
This role will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, Airtime product performance monitoring, partner coordination, and incentive fulfillment controls. The person would be working on analyzing customer behavior through cohort analysis, funnel analysis etc. and present actionable insights. This person will initiating cross functional communications as and when required for different campaigns.
Key Results Area
- Support and execute campaigns and Airtime product initiatives for acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Own Airtime campaign design, denomination strategy, and cost optimization.
- Ensure timely fulfillment, reconciliation, and incentive payout for Airtime and other campaigns.
- Drive Airtime product usage, repeat behavior, and revenue contribution.
- Cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external Airtime partners.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Support Growth team verticals in building customer-centric campaigns and Airtime programs.
- Manage Airtime product-related campaigns, including:[Denomination-based targeting|Cashback / incentive structures|Cost vs impact analysis]
- Analyze customer behavior using cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and product usage trends.
- Prepare regular dashboards and reports on:[Campaign performance|Airtime product KPIs (conversion, repeat, revenue)].
- Coordinate with Product, BI, Finance, Operations, and Partnerships for approvals, execution, and fulfillment.
- Proactively identify improvement areas for Airtime product adoption and customer experience.
Experience, Functional Skills and Knowledge Areas
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing CVM/ CLM / Loyalty programs and preferably with Airtime or digital products.
- Experience in managing campaigns AND Airtime / Telco-related products and NBFC / Payments / Digital Wallet background is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives across campaigns, product tasks.
- Hands-on experience in Excel (mandatory); knolwedge of SQL & Power BI is a plus.
- Cross-functional working experience would be preferred.
- Good command of English and Myanmar language (both spoken and written)
- Good interpersonal skills and able to handle interfaces with different functions
