Job Summary
Business Assurance Reporting Specialist will design, develop and improve data/dashboards related to Fraud Patterns/Complaints and help analyze, collect and process data/information in order to generate reports to develop the governance processes and systems. He/She will work towards analyzing and Reporting data to proactively identify Fraud Patterns, prepare management dashboards, data mining.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Design, Development and Management of all data/information related to frauds
- Analyse /Process and Present Information based on Data
- Maintain and Share the Required Dashboards
- Generate Reports Related to Fraud Patterns
- Analyse Business Processes and Requirements
- Define MIS Requirements and needs
- Evaluate and Improve Information Processes as needed
Key Stakeholders
This position has to communicate with various stakeholders such as, peers, management teams and counterparts within Commercial, in simplest way, we define anyone who comes into contact with Wave Money/ DMM as a stake holder.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Minimum 4 Years’ Experience in a similar Profile preferably from Fintech/Telecom/MSF Background
- Knowledge of Advanced Excel Mandatory
- MS Access knowledge will be Added Advantage
- Knowledge of the requirements for effective report writing
- Ability to comprehend and interpret data
- Proficiency in English/Burmese (both oral & written) for effective verbal and written communications, including active listening skills and skills in presenting findings and recommendations
- Analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities
- Effective team player and able to work independently
- Ability to influence people without getting into conflict situations
