Job Summary
The Business Assurance Officer (Mystery Shopper) is responsible for evaluating the service provided to customers and the overall experience at various retail locations. The role includes visiting assigned stores in accordance with the provided guidelines.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Evaluate the channel providing services to customers and overall experience at various retail locations.
- Visit assigned stores according to provided guidelines.
- Observe and evaluate the parameters pre-defined.
- Provide detailed feedback on the overall shopping experience.
- Submit reports in a timely manner.
- Ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by Line Manager.
- This role requires a lot of travelling.
Experience, Functional Skills and Knowledge Areas
- 1-2 years Prior Experience in Mystery Shopping Role.
- Experience in Telecom, Hospitality, MFS.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Knowledge of the requirements for effective report writing
- Proficiency in English/Burmese (both oral & written) for effective verbal and written communications, including active listening skills and skills in presenting findings and recommendations.
- Probing Skills
- Effective team player and able to work independently.
- Ability to influence people without getting into conflict situations
