Either you transfer money to a WavePay user or non-WavePay user via Wave Money shop, you have to pay for the transaction fees based on the total transfer amount. If the recipient of money is to cash out using transaction ID, NRC number and secret code, the recipient does not need to pay for the transaction fees. However, if a WavePay user cashes out from their WavePay account, the transaction fee will be deducted from their account.
