If the recipient has a WavePay account, the cash will be transferred directly into the recipient’s WavePay account. They can cash out with mobile number at the nearest Wave Money shop. If the recipient does not have a WavePay account, they can cash out with the “transaction ID” and “secret code” at the nearest Wave Money shop.
