I transfer the amount from my mobile banking. Why has the amount not been transferred yet to my WavePay account?

WavePay has an instant transfer system with Yoma Bank SMART account. If you transfer money to your WavePay account using CB or KBZ mobile banking app, it may take up to 4 business hours to be reflected in your WavePay account. If the duration has exceeded more than 4 hours, you may contact Wave Money Call Center to inquire the status of your transfer.
