Why can’t I log in to my WavePay account?

It can be 3 situations given below:

Situation 1: If your WavePay account is locked, you can’t log in to your account. Please contact our Call Center.

Situation 2, if you don’t have fair internet network, you can’t log in to your account. Please check your internet connection.

Situation 3: If WavePay application is under system upgrade and service maintenance, you can’t  log in to your account. Please wait till the system upgrade is finished.
