Why is my WavePay account suspended?

If you have not used the WavePay application for 180 days, your account will be temporarily suspended, and this process is to secure your account. If you wish to reactivate the account, please contact Wave Money call center at 900 for Telenor users and 09790009000 for non-Telenor users. During this temporary suspension, you will not be able to make any outgoing transactions. Wave Money will also notify you with SMS in advance if your account will be suspended.
